YouTube has announced that it is upping the limit for video length’s from 10 minutes to 15. Until now partners of YouTube could upload videos that were longer then 10 minutes but now everyone can, as long as it doesn’t go over 15 minutes!

YouTube want to give everyone their own “15 minutes of fame” and now encourage people to upload a 15 minute video and tell the world whatever it is you want to tell them, by August 4th.
